‘PAWS for Reading’ program resumes at Preakness Branch Library, Wayne

Does your child feel that reading is a chore?

The Preakness Branch Library offers its’ PAWS for Reading” program to help kids improve their confidence in their reading abilities without having someone correct their errors every few words.
While reading, the child can pet, cuddle, and enjoy a nice intimate one-on-one experience with a comforting gentle dog.

The program is held at the Preakness Branch Library at 1006 Hamburg Tnpke. in Wayne on the first Monday afternoon of each month

Register online at www.waynepubliclibrary.org for Sept. 12, Oct. 3, Nov. 7, and Dec. 5, for either the 3:45 p.m. or 4:10 p.m. sessions.
