Cresskill Education Foundation’s “Bark for Education Canine Carnival” Sat., May 21

To celebrate Cresskill Education Foundation’s 25th year, it is hosting a fundraiser called “Bark for Education Canine Carnival” and dog show — as a way to bring together dog owners in the area, and provide exposure and awareness of local rescue groups — noon to 4 p.m. Sat., May 21 at Cresskill High School, 1 Lincoln Drive, Cresskill.

Events will include a dog park, a parade, and several competitions for participants to enter their dogs in the show, including — “waggiest tail,” “biggest smile,” “most like their owner” and “best costume.”

There will also be music, a cupcake truck, hot dogs and snacks, several themed photo booths, a jumpy castle and face painting.

Cost is $ 2 to $15, depending on pooch participation.
