New Jersey residents to average spending $30 on holiday gifts for Fido

TheNosePrint.com — a pet-focused online hub from Big Heart Pet Brands, the makers of Milk-Bone, Milo’s Kitchen, Pup-Peroni and Canine Carry Outs — asked 3,000 Americans about their dog-related holiday habits — including how much on average, will dog parents will spend on their pooches this holiday.

The result? New Jersey dogs are in for a real treat this December. On average, pet parents will spend $30.01 on their pups this year in the Garden State.

Below is a list of U.S. states ranked by how much, on average, dog parents will spend on their furry kids. The National Average is $23.10.

1. New Jersey: $30.01 (average gift spending per dog for state residents)

4. Utah: $27.75
