A 'Blessing Of The Animals' & Animal Welfare Fundraiser Oct. 4 in Haworth

A "Blessing of the Animals" will be offered, during a service of eucharist, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Haworth 10:30 a.m. Sun., Oct. 4.

The church is also collecting food, blankets, toys and funds -- to benefit local animal welfare organizations that minister to lost, homeless and abandoned pets, including C.L.A.W.S., FOCAS and the Bergen County Animal Shelter. 

The church is at Massachusetts Avenue and Grant Street.
