Players from the New Jersey Devil’s hockey team will appear at Jersey City’s Liberty Humane Society at 235 Jersey City Blvd on Sun., April 19 from noon to 2 p.m. for a one-day autograph event to raise funds and awareness for the non-profit animal shelter.
Cory Schneider (#35, goalie), Adam Henrique (#14, center) and Andy Greene (#6, defenseman) will visit the animal shelter and welcome fans to come down for an autograph session. The players will sign the fans’ memorabilia for a $20 donation to the shelter.
The Devils 2015 wall calendar will be available on site for a $5 donation.
Schneider, whose wife volunteers at Liberty Humane Society, says “we’re excited to be at LHS on Sunday to hopefully raise money and awareness for a great organization. Animal welfare is an important cause to both me and my wife and we hope you can join us and support the animals.”
